Add Live Video Call Debrief / Reflection Link in Student Report

This document covers how to add a live video call to the student report. Students can view student reports right after submitting and if they sign in to do the assignment they can access student reports for previous assignments using the left hand menu.  


1. Get your meeting link from Zoom, Google Meet, Gotomeeting or Skype. If you need help choosing video services, see this google doc.
2. Sign into Edcite and go to Assignments → My Assignments


3. Find the Assignment you want to add the video link to and click on the Assignment name.











4. In the Manage Popover, click View Assignment Settings → Open All Settings
Click the gear, go to Student Report and add link as a custom student note
5. Choose Student Report and find the Customize Student Note option. Paste or type in the meeting link from step 1)

6. Optional - Add a note with instructions for students in the assignment notes section. Make sure to include any instructions you have for students when joining the call.


7. Save the assignment and send to students. Make sure you launch the call at the time you have indicated!
