Adding PhET Simulations

To embed a PhET Simulation into a question, you will need the embed link for the PhET Simulation.


To find an embed link for a PhET Simulation, visit https://phet.colorado.edu/ and find the simulation of interest.  Click the Embed button and copy the link provided.





Once you have the link, follow these step by step instructions.


1. In your Question Editor, click on the blue pencil icon to open your Rich Text Editor.



2. Click on the icon that shows a piece of paper and a globe.



4. A pop-up window will open. Enter the Embed Link in the space provided and then click the Insert button. The PhET Simulation will now appear in your Question Editor.
