Admins/Sub Admins - How to Check Usage Data

This feature is available as part of our premium platform, Edcite Schools. To learn more about Edcite Schools, click here.

Admins and Sub Admins can access their Usage Data Report from the Admin side of their account. Note: Sub Admins will only have access to usage data for the school(s) to which they have been granted access. For information on how to grant access to reports from the Main Admin Account, click here.

To access the Usage Data Report, go to the Reports page and click on Usage Data Report.

The main page shows Account Data (schools, teachers, and students) and Activity Data (sign ins this week, sign ins this year, and assignments submitted this year). You will also see an Activity Graph displaying teacher sign ins, student submissions, and questions answered by students by day. You can toggle from the Activity Graph to Common Assessment Activity. Here, you will see the names of Common Assessments, the way they were assigned, the number of assigns, the number of opens, the number of submissions, as well as the last submission date of each assessment.
