How to Archive a Student

Note: Archiving is preferable over deleting because it allows the educator to unarchive students in case an error is made.

1. From the navigation bar to the left of your screen, select Rosters, My Students.

2. Check the box to the left of the name(s) of the student(s) you wish to archive, click the Student Actions dropdown, and then select Archive Student(s).

3. Click OK to confirm. The student can now be found in the "Archived Students" tab on the My Students Roster.
