Admin/Sub Admin - How to Access Common Assessment Reports [Edcite Schools Feature]

Follow these step by step instructons to access Common Assessment data from an Admin or Sub Admin account.

1. To access Common Assessment data from your admin account, click on Reports.  



2.  To adjust filters select Change View

3. Filter for: 
  1. School years or Months 
  2. Active and/or Archived classes, students, and assignments/distributions



4. Select the type of Report you want to view.



5. It will default to a list of Teacher Assigned Common Assessments, but you can click on District Distributed Common Assessments as well. From the appropriate list, select the Assessment(s) and click Confirm. This will open the Report.



NOTE: If you do not see any Assessments listed in either Teacher Assigned or District Distributed, please check the following:
1) That your access is turned on completely in User Management (your main Admin can check this).
2) That teachers have given a Common Assessment. Teacher Assigned Assessments not marked as Common Assessments will not appear on either list. You can, however, see all Teacher Assigned Assessments (even if they're not marked as Common Assessments) using the Combine Assignments Report on the last column from the Reports page.
