Admin/Sub Admin - How to Reset a Student's Password [Edcite Schools Feature]

Admins and Sub Admins can reset a student's password by following these instructions.

1. From your top navigation bar, click on Roster and then District Students.



2. Search for the student, click on their Userid and a pop-up box will open.


3. Click on the Change Student Password? link.



4. A smaller pop-up box will open prompting you to enter a new password.  Confirm the new password and click Change Password.  The password has now been reset.
