How to Add a Content Clarifier

1. In the Question Editor, click a Blue Pencil to open the Rich Text Editor.



2. Highlight the word(s) you want to clarify and then click the Page and Pencil icon.



3. Enter the clarifier text and apply formatting if desired. You also have the option to add an image. Click OK when you are done.



Note: if you want to delete a content clarifier, highlight the text in the Rich Text Editor, click the Page and Pencil icon, and click the Delete button.

4. A dotted line will appear under the selected text. To see the content clarifier, students click on the word(s) that are underlined with the dotted line.
