How to Set Performance Bands [Edcite Schools Feature]

How to Set Performance Bands [Edcite Schools Feature]

  1. For District Distributions, Performance Bands can be set in the Distribution Settings by an admin. Once they're set, the same bands will show (and be locked) for all teachers on that assessment. Note: when performance bands aren't set at the Distribution level, teachers have control with their Reports Hub to look at the data with bands they set themselves.
  2. For Teacher Assigned Assessments, Performance Bands can be set while viewing Reports.

District Distributions:
1. From your administrator homepage, select Content, District Distributions.

2. Select the box to the left of the distribution, hover over Distribution Options, and then select Set Performance Bands.
Note: You can edit multiple distributions at once by selecting more than one box. Click here for more information.

3. Edit the Performance Bands By:
  1. Naming each Band
  2. Determining the Lower Limit of the band
  3. Determining the Upper Limit of the band. NOTE: The lower limit of one band should be the same number as the upper limit of the next band. If students score exactly that score, they will show on reports as a part of the lower performance band.
  4. Edit the Color of the band
  5. Delete a Band
  6. Add a Band
