Rosters - Archive a Class

How to Archive a Class

Educators may choose to archive a class from last semester, last year, or a class they no longer teach.
  1. Note: Archiving is preferable over deleting because it allows the educator to unarchive in case an error is made. Follow these directions to archive a class.

1. From the navigation bar on the left of your screen, select Rosters, My Classes.

2. Click on the name of the class you wish to archive to open the class.

3. Click the green Edit Class button at the top right of the page and then select Archive Class in the pop up. Confirm that you would like to archive, and the class will now show on your "Archived Classes" tab.
