Sub Admin - Set up District Distributed Common Assessments
Description | Admins and Sub Admins can send or assign a Unit Test as a District Distributed Common Assessment from the admin side of their account. From the "District Assignments" page which is accessed from the "Content" menu, check to select the assessment you are using for your Unit Test and select "Create Distribution" from the "Assignments Actions" drop down. Note - if you do not have any assessments in your folders yet, try adding a state released assessment. NOTE: For sub-admins, this can only be done from the Admin side of your account. NOTE: The terms Distribution and District Distributed Common Assessment are used interchangeably. |

Directions | B. Access Code - Note the access code that is needed for students to access this interim. C. Assign Classes - Click the Assign Classes button to send this interim to specific classes. D. Assign Groups - Click the Assign Students button to send this interim to specific student groups. Note - this is no longer needed for Special Education as you can set accommodations at the group level! E. Notify - Click either the Notify Teachers or Notify Students button to notify teachers and/or students that this District Distributed Common Assessment is ready. Additional Notes: Viewer - Check to confirm this is the right viewer for your state or choose State Viewer so the Edcite system automatically selects the correct viewer based on state and grade.
