Why Are Students Restricted to One Tab for Assignments?
When students are logged into their Edcite accounts, they are restricted to opening assignments in one tab. If they open an assignment in another tab, the assignment will open but all other open assignment tabs will get redirected to the Student Homepage. Note: This will apply even if the student has submitted the assignment in one tab and the Assignment Viewer Report is open.
What are the benefits?
This feature ensures student work is backed up optimally and prevents student retakes appearing on a student’s report if a teacher force submits an assignment while a student is still working on it.
