Students Unable to Submit an Assignment
There are several circumstances in which students may not be able to submit an assignment they have been working on. These problems and their corresponding solutions are listed below.

Lost connectivity
| Ask the student to log into his/her account, open the assignment and submit the assignment.

Paused the assignment
| Ask the student to log into his/her account, open the assignment and submit the assignment.
|
Time ran out
| Ask the student to log into his/her account, open the assignment and submit the assignment.
|
Frozen screen
| Ask student to log out of account and then log back into account and reopen assignment to submit.
|
Missing data
| In the Teacher Account, visit the Grade Page from this assignment. Click the Show Work link beside the student’s name. Click the View Latest button to view the last student entry and then click the Set As Answer button to make this choice the student’s final answer. Once all answers are complete, the student can submit the assignment from his/her account. |
