Admin Copy Assessment from Assignment Library

Sub Admin - Copying an Assessment from the Edcite Assignment Library [Edcite Schools Feature]

This feature is available as part of our premium platform, Edcite Schools. To learn more about Edcite Schools, click here.

This guide assumes you have access to an Edcite Schools sub-admin account with permission to access Edcite Schools assignment folders. If you have a regular teacher account, here is a teacher version of this guide. If you need help setting up folders or giving folder access, here is a guide on User Management or you can email schools@edcite.com with the subject “Folder Setup” for help.

  1. Login to your sub admin account. (Optional) - Set up assignment subfolders by standard or topic so you can easily gather them. Document on creating folders.

  1. In the top menu, choose Home → Teacher Home. Then in the teacher navbar, select Assignments --> Library

  1. On the Assignment Library page, you can either Search or Browse Standards (details on how to do this are linked).  Click … → Move to Folder to copy the assessment for your district. To test out an assessment, you can click Preview for a flat view. From Preview, you can click Student View to view the full student experience. If it looks good, you can close the new tab and use ... --> Move to Folder.

  1. Move to Folder will open a popover where you can select School Folders, then click on the Folder you want to save the assignment to. If you do not see any School Folders, see the links at the top of the doc around folder setup and user management or contact schools@edcite.com. After you click on the folder name, you will see a confirmation. Click OK.
