Tagging State Standards to a Question

How to Tag State Standards to a Question

1. On the navigation bar to your left, click on Questions, My Questions. Next to the question you want to edit, click on the more (three dots) button, and select Edit from the dropdown.

2. Click on the Tags tab across the top of the window within the Question Editor.

2. If there is more than one part to the question, you can specify which part of the question you are tagging or tag the entire question using the dropdown to the right of "Specify tags."

3. Tag the appropriate DOK (Depth of Knowledge) in the dropdown to the right of "DOK."

4. Click the down arrow to open up the standards. Choose the subject area beneath the state standard heading by clicking on it.

5. Either start writing the code for the standard into the space provided or search for the standard by scrolling through the list. Once you have found the standard, click on it. The code for the standard will auto-populate in the top part of the window.

6. Add Freeform Tags in the space provided under the heading Freeform Tags.
