Question Type - ADVANCED PICTOGRAPH ITEM TYPE - #107

Follow these step by step instructions to create an Advanced Pictograph Item Type question.

 

1. From your left-side navigation bar, click on Questions and then select Create Question.

2. Select the Student Action button. Click on the Constructed Response button.  Select the Advanced Pictograph Item Type question and then click on the Create Question button.


3. Name your question in the space provided and click the Save button at the top right.


 

4. If desired, add an optional stimulus directions and stimulus in the spaces provided to the left of the question.



5. Add your stimulus to the question by clicking the Blue Pencil button and opening your Rich Text Editor . You can add text, audio, video, or images.  Click the Done button upon completion. You can name this tab or you can add a new tab with an alternative stimulus by clicking the (+) button.


6.  Click on the setting button, where it shows setting table.
6.1 Click on +Add Image button to add the image.
6.2 Set the weightage.
6.3 Click on key check box to display  key image for the reference.
6.4 Click on delete button to delete the row.
6.5 Click on pencil icon to change the image.

6.6 By default calculation will be performed based on the Image.

6.7 All or None - You get 100% if you get all your Answers correct, 0% if not.

6.8 Click on Allow Equivalents check box to calculate based on weightage.


 

7. After adding the images in the setting table, It will display in the Image bank. From here, drag and drop the images to the rows in the table.

  1. 7.2 Click on delete button and select the image to delete or drag from the row and drop outside the table.
  2. 7.3 Click on Add Row and Delete symbol to Add and Delete the row from the table.
  3. 7.4 Enter the Row Label, Column Label and Heading.

 

8. If you want to set the initial view. Hover on the image , It will show popup with a check box. Here, you can set the initial value.

 

9. Tag learning standards to your question by clicking the Tags tab. For more information about Tagging Standards, click here. Click the Show More button to see additional options. If desired, add a RubricSettingsSolutions, and Hints.
