Edcite Schools Reports - Summary

Summary Report

Description:

Summarizes all of the data from one assignment with data viewable by question or standard. Data can also be filtered by student, class, teacher, and school, depending on the user's permission level. 

Directions: 
1. Click on Reports under the exam on your homepage and then select Summary Report OR click on Reports on the navigation bar on the left of your screen and select Summary Report.

2. You can (1) use the Filters bar on the left of your screen to filter by class, student group, school, grade, or teacher. You can also (2) change the graph view on the right of the page to show Question Details, Submission Status, or Standards Details. 
  1. Note: (3) The yellow line when reviewing Question Details is available when students tested online. It shows the average time taken on each question.


3. Scroll down to: 
  1. View: Aggregate (overall score), Question, or Standard
  2. View: Percent or Points
  3. View Data By: Student, Class, Teacher, or School (depending on your permissions)


4. Scroll down further to view Aggregate Data for the minimum score on a question, maximum score, standard deviation, and the class/teacher/school average. The bottom, grey row shows the district average.
