Edcite automatically saves student responses every 30 seconds or so while they are working. If you do not see your student responses on the Grade Page, search the student’s Saved Answer History to retrieve the student’s responses. To do this, follow the steps listed below.
1. Navigate to the Grade Report from your home page by clicking on Grade under the assignment name OR by selecting Reports on the navigation bar to the left of your screen and then selecting Grade.
2. On the grade page, select Grade by Student tab, and click on the (+) to the left of the student name to expand their information. The picture below shows a (-) because Katie Bell's information is expanded.
3. Click the arrow near the bottom right of that student's information to open the Student Report in a new tab.
4. Click the blue Saved Answer History text to the right of your screen.
5. Click the History button to the right of the question that you would like to view history for.
6. Click on a the name of the question in blue to see the student’s saved work at a particular point in time. If you want to set that response as the answer for the question, click the Set as Answer button.
