How to View the Rubric Report

How to View the Rubric Report

The Rubric Report can be used to analyze student performance on any question where students were graded using a rubric.

1. Open the Summary Report for the assessment with the rubric(s) you'd like to analyze. In the Question Rubric Report Links box to the bottom left of the graph, select the question you'd like to analyze.

The Rubric Report will open, and you can:

Analyze the average performance for each column on the rubric.
  1. If you'd like to see the exact average, hover over the bars to see averages.
  2. Sort the Columns by score by selecting the box to the left of Sort Columns by Score.

Analyze perfomance within each column (see how many students scored each point value on each column within the rubric).
  1. To view the number and name(s) of students who earned each point value in a column, hover over the bars.

Scroll down to view each students' performance on the entire rubric in a table.
  1. Select the sort button to the right of each column name to sort the data according to the information in that column.
